Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

I had a great experience purchasing wheels and tires here. Jeremy and Jason were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy from start to finish. Wheels were on back order and Jeremy made sure to find a way to get them for me. They had me in and out even faster than the timeframe they originally gave me. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. I highly recommend them!

Had an amazing experience with this tire shop. They did an excellent job installing my new wheels and tires on my 2018 Impala, and the entire setup came out even better than I expected. The fitment, stance, and overall look of the car turned out perfect. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, including the alignment and overall setup. The car drives smooth, looks aggressive, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. I appreciate the customer service and the quality of work they provided throughout the process. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for wheels, tires, suspension, or custom fitment work done the right way. Thank you again Rylee on your communication and Jason on your expertise and knowledge and the team of coast to coast for the hard work. I search diligently through AI on what tire shop would give me the proper fitment and setup and I’ll let the pictures explain the rest.
